$5000 - ETF's or Mutual Funds?
Should I buy a few ETF's to cover a broad range of investments and create a diversified portfolio or buy a upright mutual fund?
I am planning on holding for 5 years. I don't want to invest in stocks.

Answers: You could other go next to a " blend". maybe $ 3000. surrounded by either FAIRX ( correct fund) or CGMFX ( good fund)...and lift the other $2000. and put a little within ETFs in doesn`t matter what sector is currently trending higher.( right presently that would be maybe MOO ( ag products) or XME ( metals/mining) )
...and as you keep under surveillance your funds, somewhere along the line you will see that conceivably one or two stocks in the funds' " holdings" are worth a bit more of your attention...
