I am writing a research paper for my Wall Street class, and requirement a young, growing company that pays dividends (less than 5 year olds I guess). I own to compare it to an older company, and chose Exxon.

Answers:    You hold a contradiction here. Growth companies plow their earnings rear legs into the company to fund the growth. This is especially true of young companies. If the company is paying it's profits out as dividends, it's not reinvesting them internally for growth.

Note: MasterCard has be around since the 1970s. Until recently, it be a privately held entity. Do not confuse going public lately with anyone a young company.
